2026 is the 30th annual Radyr & Morganstown Festival and is being held in aid of City Hospice.
The Festival Committee have already been busy preparing the schedule of events for the 2026 Festival.
We are pleased to be supporting City Hospice as the RMA’s chosen charity for 2026 and you will see buckets for this charity across the Festival fortnight which
runs from Saturday 2nd May to Sunday 17th May 2026.
The theme for the 2026 Festival is “Caring for the Community” which fits perfectly with the work the City Hospice does.
All dates and events are currently provisional, but we share them now to start holding spaces in your diary. We are also hoping to see a return of the Dog Show, possibly a Gardeners Question Time, another show at the Hub for our youngest residents and events at both the Cricket and Tennis Club open to all. We are also looking for the return of a Cymanfa Ganu, something that has not been held for a number of years.
To run the Festival we always need volunteers. If you have some free time, no matter how little, and would be willing tohelp with any events, even setting up or packing away afterwards, please let me know. Without volunteers none of our events could take place.
If you have something you would like to add to the programme or feel your business could sponsor a part of the Festival then please email info@rmfestival.org.uk
