Summer Show

Saturday 11 September 2021, 2:00pm, Morganstown Village Hall

A produce, crafts and cakes show.

Come and see what your neighbours have created this year!

The show area will be available between 10.00 and 12.00 noon for competitors to stage their entries. Judging will take place between 12.00 and 13.00 when we ask all to vacate the area to allow this process to take place safely. The Summer Show will then be open to the public between 14.00 and 16.00 when the prizes will be awarded.

Public entry fee £1.00 – to include copy of the Summer Show Programme.

Rules of the show

  1. All exhibits in the vegetable, plant and flower sections must have been grown by the exhibitor.
  2. All exhibits in the Culinary or Craft Sections are to have been made by the exhibitor.
  3. Class cards will be issued on the morning of the Show.
  4. Staging of exhibits may be commenced at 9.00 am but must be complete by 12 noon.
  5. Exhibitors must provide their own cases, dishes etc and be responsible for all containers.
  6. No exhibit shall be removed until after the prize presentation (approx 4 pm)


Cash or token prizes will be paid out after the presentation

  • 1st Prize – £2
  • 2nd Prize – 50p

Competition Entry Fees

  • Children’s Section – Free
  • Each adult section – 50p per class
